Now, he thought this was great and all, but the payments became too much for him. I can understand this. I would never want to pay what he was each month.

Regardless, he ended up selling the home only five months down the road. This turned out to be a blessing. Fortunately he made over 40 grand by selling the home.

At this point he was not even sad about giving it up. Not a bad deal if you ask me, and he didn't even have to take a real estate investing seminar.
