Investing in StocksComparing Stocks, Bonds & T-Bills
Sure, investing in the stock market can be risky, but Americans are not averse to risk and certainly not averse to the return they can get on such a risk. Many instead decide to save their money in the bank to earn a modest return on a risk free savings account, but investing in stocks can be such an adventure.
Why would you want to
miss out on investing in stocks?

Maybe you've always thought of investing in the stock market, but could never understand the differences from a stock market investment and a bank savings account.
No problem, here it is:- when you are investing in stocks you are in effect becoming a part owner of the company. You get to vote on some company matters and have the honor of knowing that you are a part of one of the biggest companies on earth.
Stock market investing is the adventure that Americans are looking for because it is a chance to put in a little and potentially become rich.
When you put your money in a bank savings account you are investing in the bank, not becoming a part owner like you effectively become when you're investing in stocks.
You will earn a modest return and your money will definitely be there when you are ready for it, but at what cost does security come? Instead of taking a chance at a little known company known as Microsoft, you put your money in a savings account.
Years later your stock market investing fears end up costing you a
chance at early retirement as Microsoft investors begin to become
filthy rich. Come on, be honest - how many times have you thought to
yourself "Heck, I wish I'd invested in XYZ when I could!" Well, it
can happen for you!
Investing in the stock market is not for the faint of heart or the
uncertain of mind; it will test you and make you stay up on some
nights.
However, the risk-reward scenario with stock market investing is something that everybody must give a chance at some point.
Investing in the stock market isn’t a job, it’s an adventure!
